Outpatient therapy for children and adolescents, 3 years old up until young adulthood, including early college years. Pre-school aged therapy primarily incorporates family caregivers given developmental capacity and need for external system change. Outpatient care is weekly, biweekly to monthly depending on level of need and progress, with capacity to increase to 2x week if needed for crisis or to bridge short term to higher level of care.
Best practices counseling for youth most often incorporates family components and/ or family or solo parent guidance sessions. Planning, frequency and structure of family engagement varies on a case-by-case basis given assessment of need and dynamics. -
Family therapy is most often more helpful when it incorporates all primary natural supports that are active in a child/ teen’s life and those that would be necessary to create a new shared understanding and healthy communication, relational pattern for the family unit, however defined (foster, chosen or biological family) to move forward more positively.
All members involved in family therapy deserve a safe emotional and physical space as well as a sense of therapeutic alliance, feeling equally seen and supported in the counseling space with treatment goals co-collaborated with all members.

Contracted training, peer consultation and professional coaching is available with use of reflective supervision approaches as well as to facilitate fidelity with evidenced based treatment practices.
Assessments for legal proceedings in any fashion, including family court assessments, are exclusive services and incompatible to any family or individual therapy clients. Well established treatment best practices and professional ethics deems no visitation or custodial recommendations can be provided to established therapeutic focused mental health clients.

Major credit cards, check, cash and Venmo also accepted. Please note a check return fee of 50.00; also failure to pay for services or establish and maintain a mutually agreed upon pay plan may impact ability to continue services.
There are flexible pricing options depending on insurance compatibility and complexity of need, diagnosis that helps determine treatment recommendations. After an initial conversation a transparent quote in accordance with the good faith estimate laws.
I accept all major insurances; I work to be paneled with all providers as my goal is to ensure access to care for all regardless of socio-economic status.
